Cousin Birthday!

Hellooooo, today is the Saturday of week 7 and the common test is starting on the coming Monday!! Gosh I'm scared .... ANYWAY, back to the main event of today :D

Well his birthday has passed so it's a belated celebration! Again it may not count as a celebration as we only treat him lunch, and there wasn't any present exchange.... Well I guess we could still call it a celebration, after all, every birthday, in my opinion, deserves a celebration! It was a DIM SUM restaurant at a ostentatious hotel!! The chandelier of the hotel lobby is AWEsome, grand and basically, beautiful!! It's a combination of Christmas balls and some sort of tree-branches, rotating down in a spiral design!! And sad oh sad, I didn't manage to take a picture! But I guess that's okay since there are tons more chances in the future. The chandelier is always the first thing I eyed for when I'm at any hotel lobby heh.

Upon entering the restaurant, the queue greeted us. Yes, the QUEUE! It wasn't veryyyy long, but long enough to make you go 'This wait gonna be a while'. FORTUNATELY, my aunt made a reservation long before his actual date, allowing us to 'cut' the queue. And the feeling of walking pass the people queueing, HA.HA. I'm the king, peasants should stand behind me. Just joking.

The food was goooood, but I'm not really a good judge of taste as every food of the same kind taste the same to me. It's either good or bad. There is so far none that makes me crave for it neither making me hate it. Let's exclude foods that I don't know how to eat, like celery ;-; The taste is not suited for me although my dad loves it ;-;

We had usual dishes serve in a Dim Sum restaurant and the only food memorable of the meal, was the CharSaoBao and the EggTarts. Again I'm not good in taste, so it's the texture that amaze me. It is differentiated from how the other restaurant serve and among the dishes served on the table, I like the bao and the tart the BEST!

After the meal, we went to the nearby shopping mall, which connected many malls, to shop and talk. The trip ended at around 3-4 pm and we took the bus back to our community! After alighting, we did our groceries at bpp, meet dad and had dinner at Jack Place. Went Daiso to search for the floor mat, but was unsuccessful and went homeeeeee.

Guess that's all for today! Hope you had a great day as well. Cheers~ ^^

Another School Day

Today - Thursday. Next week is the examination for my 4 modules. And DAMNNN NOO! There is just so many things to memorise and know that I don't think I can even pass the one paper!!(Okay I can at least pass the module for math but still, the rest are unreachable...) AND I can tell you that you really have to know the stuff going on in the paper(which I don't for 2), if not it's useless trying to memorise from the notes. For each paper, it's an hour and half, LIKE secondary school paper! WHYWHY, and I thought poly do not have exam, this is bad...DISASTROUS BUT on the other hand, the paper consist of 30% of the module so even if I fail, there is the other 70% which is based on school work and assignment, to pull up my grades(if it's bad)! So oh so, that will be the end of my rants, complains, worries and nags.

Now the good stuff. Right after the 4 papers, which end on Thursday next week, the class is going to MALAYSIA, a 2D1N bonding trip on Friday, exactly right after the paper!! I'm so so excited and I'm looking forward to it much much more than I look forward to the end of examination. Add on, we are staying at a resort, going jungle trekking and there is night activities! As said from the itinerary, so woohooo! Can't be any more happier than to know that there is a short getaway after the paper. As much as I'm excited, I'm also worried to get my hopes too high up. Cause every time I expect an awesome day, something will always cocked up to prove me wrong. So, finger-cross, I hope the trip will go well.

Guess that's all for today. Maybe the next time, I can update on the trip for you guys! Hope you have a great dayyy.

Monday of Week 5

It's been a month since poly started, how time flies! The teacher is teaching programming now so I have free time to rant about stuff. I've thought about writing what happened usually in school, but everyday changes, so I can't summarise haiz. There's a 4 hour break today as there is no DDNT lesson, so WOO! And tomorrow there is floorball :D Looking forward to it!

WELP, that's all I have to update for today. And I realise I need to learn how to type faster, it would help me A LOT. Slow-typer = miss out stuff on slides haizzzzzzzzz

Another day (Rants on poly)

WELLP just another day on Saturday! Had brunch with ma' cousins and family in JEM before heading home as usual. Went to Ikea to buy a rack for hanging clothes! Had dinner there and came home to brush up on my homework even though I did all.

Start of Life in Poly

OH YA! I started poly!! (to update myself) Add on......... it's VERY VERY STRESSFUL. And it's like only the second week?! I've always thought that life in poly is filled with lepak and fun time, but there is so much information, principles and HOMEWORK to comprehend RIGHT after a long holiday!! How can my brain still function normally after that?! It's true that I'm excited on the first few day, but after that it's just plain tired.... More of it on the things I have to memorize in each module, there is like so many! And majority of them are raw to me! I have never known of things like programming and parts of a computer!! WHAT"S MORE, majority of my classmates seems to be hard-working people!(I wrote 'seems' because it's only the second week, so I can't confirm it yet ~.~) This adds on to the number of worries I have. What if I'm the last in class? What if I fail this course? What if they decides to abandon me because I don't understand stuffs in projects? *Cries internally* Guess poly life isn't all sunshine and rainbows T.T

HOWEVER, on the bright side, I've made good friends in class even though more than half of them are guys. And fortunately, my different project groups seem to be filled with capable smart people!! I just hope they won't deemed me as a burden because I'm not as smart as them T-T And majority of my lecturers seem approachable if I have anything I don't understand!! SO I'm really happy for that fact lol. I guess poly life isn't as bad as it seems, except for the workload, that is just tiring -__-

Guess that's all I have to update for now! I hope you guys are good in adapting to a new environment!(Because I don't T-T)     BYEBYE!

Malacca Trip 21-23March 2014.

Like promised, I'll update on the trip today!! I'm having BBQ at my friend's place tomorrow, hope to update on that too in the near future.

First Day [21]

It's a free and easy trip, so my aunt guided us around like it was her own home lol. FOOD recommended when you are there(by my aunt) is the Chendol and Chicken rice! And I did tried both when I was there. Well start!! We stopped by a coffee shop for our lunch in between our 2hr long journey there. And there were stray cats and dogs roaming the area! I was scared T-T The weather was also HOT that day, and we were refuging in aircon shops every once in a while LOL. The streets we went to seem to be famous for the red buildings! And the stuff there is so very very CHEAP! I could just purchased everything and still have money lol (just a joke, I'm poor.) Fortunately, I controlled myself Kuuuuuuuuuuuuu. WELL. after roaming the streets between red buildings. We went back to the hotel and checked in, before going to the a shopping mall right BESIDE it! There was a linked bridge and the mall has a skating rink, arcade, movie theatre and an AQUARIUM?! IN A MALL?! How awesome is that omg?!?!? Well we didn't went in any of that in the first day lol. We shopped around for a bit, had dinner in a nyonya restaurant and the pineapple prawn soup in there is nice!!!!! Hope to return there soon hehheh.

DAMN MY EXTRA FINGER! I didn't realise until I got home, if not I would have take another picture of the beautiful scenery again T-T

I was crazy that day, taking picture with the bottle as a momentum that I was there LOL.

Ayeeeeee it's a reptile if you can't see. It was half my arm length ahhhhhhh.

And this beautiful graffiti I happened to walk passed. AWESOMEE

Second Day [22]

We had our breakfast at the hotel! It was a breakfast buffet and it was AWESOMEEEE! Went to the streets again to walked and explore as we couldn't finish it yesterday. We ate chicken rice for lunch and the rice is in the shape of a BALL! Round and small. My aunt said the correct way was to cut it in half, put a chicken on top and stuff the whole thing inside your mouth! Well if the rice ball is small enough, you do not need to cut in half heh.(Or your mouth is big enough like me, PS. I didn't cut it in half, cause the riceball wasn't that big in my opinion LOL.) This time around we shopped in the mall longer as we can''t stay in the sun for the whole day! AND I BOUGHT A DECK OF CARDS. It's not just any set of willy nilly cards, know why, knw y, whyyyyyy?? CAUSEEEE....

The PICTURE SAYS IT ALL!! LOOK AT THE HANDSOME GUYS OMGGG I CAN"T. Forgive me for being so enthusiastic over guys that are not real, but let me be. *Nosebleed internally* It only cost 6.50Ringgit, so cheap!!! I just couldn't ignore it. This was the best part of the trip believe me LOLL.

BACKK to the story [DEEP BREATHE], had dinner at the night market!! The food by the streets are nice!!

I took a picture of the dinner in a polariod, so I had to take a picture of the picture to actually post it here heh. #Piception. And also the first time I ate oyster yummmm, although I still can't eat it raw without any topping.

Last Day [23]
Welll woke up and had the same buffet, took a bus and went home! Along the way we stopped at a mini mart for toilet break and some drinks.

It was a good trip. Except that after the trip I got food poisoning and vomitted consecutively straight during the evening on the same day we came back heh. But it wasn't that miserable LOL. The food was worth it AYE.
